No. Consultations are conducted by phone or video and are available to men across Australia. Dr James is Adelaide-based but the service is not restricted to Adelaide patients.
Is this a Medicare-rebated Adelaide GP appointment?
No. drjames.au is a fully private telehealth service — there is no Medicare rebate on the consult fee. Your Medicare card can still be used at any Australian pharmacy for PBS-subsidised medication if a prescription is issued; that is a separate pharmacy transaction, not a rebate from drjames.au.
